ReplyDeleteAnyways, I really want to wish you all the best in Taiwan. I am really jealous of the adventure and the yummy food you are about to experience. Expect to see Felix and me there in August. We are planning a trip there so I hope you will be my tour guide in Taipei and I can't wait to hit the night market with you two!

ReplyDeleteYou guys will have a great time, it's a life changing and growing experience - you'll see things in a completely different light. And nothing teaches you more about yourselves than something like this. You get to meet amazing people, too (like we met you!) Be sure to:
- take the path less traveled
- do the unexpected, avoid the predefined
- step out of your comfort zone
- embrace the hardships
And don't stop! So in that case, we'll see you when you reach the other side of the planet and move to Australia ;)
Oh yeah, and a year is not long enough, go longer! (sorry everyone else!) Man... if we'd only spent a year in Toronto we wouldn't know half of you! You'll just be getting used to things by then :)

ReplyDeleteI see your friends refer to you 2 as Paulna - that's funny - esp. since Deryck started referring Katherine & I as Katwin & Juan & Nancy as Juancy. Seems like the trend will continue!
Too bad you will be gone for at least 1 year as you will be missed in Toronto & esp. at volleyball & Ten Rens.
Make sure you save us some floor/couch space in Taiwan for some visitors!

Just remember to be respectful to each other. When one is down, the other has to be strong. That way you will get through anything!! Be there for each other.
